Questions people ask
Do you ship to my country?
We deliver worldwide, to more than 190 destinations. Choose your country on the shipping page to see the rate and the usual delivery window. If your country is not in the list, email us — there is often still a way.
How long does delivery take?
Three to six working days within South Asia, four to nine to Europe and the Middle East, and five to twelve to the Americas, Africa and Oceania. Customs can add time on top, and we cannot control that.
Why do some products say "Price on request"?
We are still finalising pricing on part of the range. Anything without a price can still be quoted the same day — use the enquire button on the product and tell us the quantity you need.
Is my card safe?
Your card details are entered on the secure page of Sampath Bank, through its Paycorp payment gateway, never on ours. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded.
Will I pay import duty?
Possibly, depending on where you live and how much you order. Any duty or VAT is charged by your own customs authority on delivery and is not included in what you pay us. Small quantities of tea and spice are duty-free in many countries.
How should I store it?
Airtight, dark, dry and away from anything strongly scented. Tea and ground spice pick up smells readily. Kept properly, black tea holds well for two years, green tea for about a year, and whole spices for longer than either.
Can I buy wholesale?
Yes. We supply from 10 kg per line, with private-label packing and full export documentation available. See the wholesale page or write to us.
What if something arrives damaged?
Photograph the parcel and the contents and email us within seven days of delivery. We will replace or refund it — see our returns page for the detail.
Do you take custom blends?
We do. Tell us the base grade, the flavour and the volume, and we will send a sample before you commit to a run.
I have lost my order reference.
Email us the name and address you ordered to and we will find it. Every confirmation email carries the reference in the subject line, so a search for "Leaf World" usually turns it up too.
